What we keep
Your Telegram ID, name, username and language; your phone number if you share it in the bot; your orders (product, recipient username, amount, payment method, time), wallet movements, reviews and support-chat messages. For a purchase on the site — the order and the IP address it came from (fraud protection). We never ask for a password, a code or card details: card payments are processed by the payment system or the bank.
Why
To fulfil and deliver orders, check payments, prevent fraud (limits for new customers and the site), help in support and tell you about your orders.
Who gets it
Only what the job needs: payment systems (Click, Payme, the bank) for payments; Telegram and Fragment get the recipient username for delivery. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.
What is public
The order feed, the rating and reviews show your name shortened (e.g. “Dilnoza K.”); “Hide my name” in the app hides it completely. Purchases made on the site are shown without a name.
Keeping and deleting
Order history is kept for accounting and disputes. Ask in the support chat to delete your data — everything goes except records the law requires us to keep.
